Return Policy

Each one of these art pieces are hand made by one artist and not mass produced. All pictures shown on this site are actual art pieces that have been sold to our customers. These pictures are a very good representation of what a certain art piece will look like upon completion. However, no two pieces are exactly the same and some changes may occur on a daily basis, that is what makes these pieces so unique. We give no guarantee implied or otherwise that your piece will be exactly the same as the pictures you see here. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your piece or our service, simply return the item(s) to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less S&H) or you may choose to have a replacement piece of the same kind shipped to you. No other warranties are given implied or otherwise.

Special orders of 10 or more items of the same piece: We do require a sketch and you may be asked to speak to the artist personally. Once one item is completed it will be mailed to you for inspection. At this time you may accept or request changes to be made. Once the design is accepted by you and the remaining pieces are completed there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES except for damaged pieces.
